Because... It takes enormous strength to take on what you did, when you did it. I am so grateful that all those years ago, you ignored the people who told you we were crazy. You shushed those who told you it was insane to get married at 21, to launch into family life, to throw your future into a crazy bit of love.
Because... It takes enormous courage to say yes to God's abundant blessings. To be so utterly open to life. To welcome six beautiful children and see them all for the treasures they are.
Because... You are a wonderful father, a loving, doting, ever-so-spoiling husband, and an incredible man.
Oh, and because it's your birthday...

Since one of us is always behind the camera...I'm sitting here thinking and the only picture I can think of of my dh and I together is from when we were dating, ha! I'm sure there must be more, but still...very few and far between...

What an incredible thing you did for your man! Never will forget the first double date - mini golf then Red Robin . . .
