Finally back, and dang- it feels so good to be clicking that shutter again. I got a bit derailed by first trimester sickness. I'm not really feeling any better these days, but I'm determined to find joy through the lens. The joy is so much easier to see through the glass, isn't it?
I'm working on my photography skills by
taking a picture in Manual mode every week for a year. Feel free to link to your own manually-shot photography in the comments. :)
That's some awesome ice-crystallage :) Great capture.
ReplyDeleteLove the frost! Holy cow! Here's mine- taken from a much warmer spot:

You made me look at pictures of food. In the first trimester.
DeleteYou're mean.
;)
They're great! Thanks for playing. :)
Okay, not a photographer here but that is beautiful. And I like that sentence about seeing joy through the glass. Sometimes I feel that way about the keyboard :)
ReplyDeleteWhat an absolutely GEORGEOUS picture! Does that mean you have snow?
ReplyDeleteWe pretty much always have snow in January. :) We've had this snow for quite some time, but it's getting into the single digits at night, so it's more like hard white ice, not playable or anything. Today I think the high was something around 24 degrees!
DeleteGreat shot! I can't believe how active you are during your morning sickness! My pictures are showing a funny fingerprint-type exposure. I have no idea what's wrong.
ReplyDeleteWeird. I don't really know what you mean-wanna send me one?
